If you love the moment when a shopper stops, notices, and picks something up, you’ll appreciate just how important this role is.

Now that’s shopper marketing done properly.

We’re working with one of the UK’s most recognisable food brands, the kind you’ll see in freezers and cupboards across the country and they’re looking for a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to lead how their brands show up where buying decisions are actually made.

This is a role for someone who understands that great marketing doesn’t stop at the brand plan. It’s about bringing those plans to life in store, online and across retail media, creating the moments that turn shoppers into buyers.

You’ll lead a team of Shopper Marketing specialists, shaping the shopper strategy across key retailers and channels and translating brand thinking into campaigns that genuinely move the dial. You’ll be using shopper data and insight to identify opportunities, working with retail media partners, and ensuring brands win both in-store and on the digital shelf.

This role also sits right at the heart of the commercial conversation. You’ll work closely with sales teams, contribute to joint business plans, manage budgets and ROI, and play a visible role in discussions with major retail partners.

We’re looking for someone who already has strong FMCG shopper marketing experience, has led and developed teams, and is comfortable operating in a commercially focused environment where marketing and sales work hand-in-hand.

In return, you’ll join a business known for its supportive culture, strong brands and collaborative environment, with a hybrid working setup (2 days in the Leeds office) and plenty of opportunity to make a real impact.

If you've stopped and noticed, then drop it into the basket and give us a shout.

“Vodka Martini, shaken not stirred?”

I may give off the impression I’m an elite mixologist but sadly…”

…I don’t actually know how to make one of those, I’m just here writing the ad!

Well, our client is looking for a seasoned FMCG NAM to push sustainable growth across their product portfolio, focusing on the Grocery account for a major family-owned food, beverage & cocktail spices manufacturer.

Ever wanted to get closer to the FMCG action? Well, you’ll have a great opportunity by working closely with the main manufacturing sites.

This role will not only appeal to fans of “how it’s made” (…& bond) but true foodies who’ll jump at any opportunity to work in great detail on new products.

You’ll collaborate with like-minded individuals on the NPD team to expand the portfolio as well as working with branded products to grow their profiles.

And find success in growing significant grocery accounts in a traditionally on-trade-dominated industry.

Bit of a yapper?

That’s exactly what we need!

(as long as you don’t give away our position out on a mission)

Put your people skills to good use as you build a strong working relationship with customers & stakeholders.

Jetting off all over the world may sound appetising, but unlike Bond you won’t be out in the field for too long.

With this role mainly being home-based, you won’t miss all your creature comforts for long!

So…. There’s your mission if you choose to accept it!

Bugger, that’s the wrong one isn’t it?

Ready to turn your foodie brain into supermarket gold - one seasonal hit at a time?

We’re working with a big player in Private Label meat world to find the perfect candidate to join this South Wales based team as a NPD Technologist - It’s all about beef, lamb, and a serious amount of added value to put it simply!

From concept to launch, you’ll take ideas from that first spark all the way to full-scale production. One day you’re bench-testing a new marinade, the next you’re pulling on your boots for a factory trial, then back at your desk refining recipes, costings, and specs for the retailers. It’s food development in its purest form - creative, technical, a bit messy, and incredibly satisfying when it all comes together.

Be the link between kitchen creativity and factory reality, working closely with technical, production, and commercial teams to make sure what’s dreamed up can actually be delivered.

Expect to get properly involved in seasonal projects. You’ll find new joy when at a summer BBQ or round the table for Christmas dinner as you brag to your friends and family that you were the one to make this lovely meal happen from day 0.

This is big-scale stuff for the UK’s major grocery retailers, and it moves fast.

A food science background would be ideal, or solid experience in product development - meat, chilled, or retailer-side will all serve you well. You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, handling a few briefs at once, and keeping your documentation tight (we know, not the sexy part, but essential).

You’ll also be chatting with customers, suppliers, and your internal teams daily, so clear communication and a bit of sparkle will go a long way.

This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk and watch ideas float past. It’s for the hands-on foodie who loves seeing their work land on shelf, who gets a kick out of solving the “how do we make this work?” puzzle.

If you’re ready to join a team where innovation actually makes it through the factory doors, and where your products end up on millions of plates, it might be time to make your next move…

Still at the beginning of your FMCG journey? Look no further, you’ve just found the purrrfect role.

If you’re passionate about building a long-term career in the industry and you’ve got a soft spot for our furry friends up and down the country, then this is the kind of role that ticks both boxes.

We’re working with a well-established brand that’s made a big name for itself in the world of small pet care. You’ll have seen them all over on shelves in grocery, wholesale and independent

retailers. This is the opportunity for a look behind the curtain and become a part of this exciting team!

As Junior National Account Manager, you’ll be supporting a group of experienced Account Managers across a variety of channels. That means variety, visibility and the chance to learn how national retail relationships are managed at pace.

There’s plenty of room for you to grow too. It’s safe to say it won't take long in this puppy training centre to hone your skills, with hard work you’ll be doing “zoomies” in no time. You’ll take the lead on your own accounts and build the kind of hands-on experience that sets you up for the long haul.

You’ll need to be switched on with numbers and confident using Excel, but more importantly, you’ll be someone who communicates clearly and builds relationships with ease.

The team is friendly, focused and seriously experienced and they’re looking for someone who’s as curious as they are committed.

Don’t go barking up the wrong tree, this is your role – come fetch it.
