We’re working with one of the UK’s most recognisable food brands, the kind you’ll see in freezers and cupboards across the country and they’re looking for a Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to lead how their brands show up where buying decisions are actually made.

This is a role for someone who understands that great marketing doesn’t stop at the brand plan. It’s about bringing those plans to life in store, online and across retail media, creating the moments that turn shoppers into buyers.

You’ll lead a team of Shopper Marketing specialists, shaping the shopper strategy across key retailers and channels and translating brand thinking into campaigns that genuinely move the dial. You’ll be using shopper data and insight to identify opportunities, working with retail media partners, and ensuring brands win both in-store and on the digital shelf.

This role also sits right at the heart of the commercial conversation. You’ll work closely with sales teams, contribute to joint business plans, manage budgets and ROI, and play a visible role in discussions with major retail partners.

We’re looking for someone who already has strong FMCG shopper marketing experience, has led and developed teams, and is comfortable operating in a commercially focused environment where marketing and sales work hand-in-hand.
