Role Overview: As the NPD Lead, you will spearhead the development of new and exciting food products from concept to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure our products meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to commercialization.

• Actively engaging with current food trends and innovations, in partnership with Development Chefs, the Marketing Team, and the Customer.

• Develop and test new product concepts, recipes, and formulations.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Present new product ideas and progress updates to senior management.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in new product development within the food industry.
• Strong man-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
